Views For Change Platform means the software as a service (SaaS) platform owned and maintained by Views For Change, including all modifications and enhancements; and
the terms “controller“, “processor“, “process“, “processing“, and “Data Subject” shall have the same meanings given to them under the UK GDPR or GDPR, as applicable.
